Course Description: How to Operate the LaserNet 200 Series Particle Analyzer Level I provides an overview to particle analysis theory and application to oil analysis. The user will gain a better understanding of how the LaserNet is used to analyze the cleanliness of the fluid and detect size and shape of ferrous and non-ferrous particles in the lubricant. A demonstration of preparing the instrument & samples for analysis, loading samples and cleaning the unit are covered in this course. The user will also gain a better understanding of instrument calibration & care. This course is recommended for the technician who is running the samples. A short assessment is provided at the end of the course for proof of concept.
